Q: When will I receive the certificates for Live CE or Webinar events?
A: Certificates for Live CE or Webinar events will be emailed to you within 3 business days and will be sent to the email address you provided during the signup process.
Q: Where can I find my certificates for online courses?
A: You can access your online course certificates in two places: 1. at the end of your course and 2. in your Coop+ account profile.
- To access at the end of your course, simply go to your completed course and the certificate will be the last item in the course.
- To access in your Coop+ account profile simply login to your account HERE. Once logged in, click on your profile picture located in the top right corner and select "My Certificates". This will direct you to the section where you can easily view and manage your certificates.
