Q: How often are courses submitted to the NMLS for banking?

CE & PE Accreditation Need-To-Knows!

Our Customer Support team reports course completion for Continuing Education (CE) and Pre-Licensing Education (PE) to the NMLS. Loan Officers do not need to initiate their own course accreditation. 

Continuing Education (CE) Specific Information:

After a CE student completes their course, they must finish their application for license renewal through the NMLS by logging in to their NMLS portal. 

Please note that our team submits course completion reporting during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Students can expect to see their course credits appear in their NMLS portal:

  1. Within 2 business days after completing an online class

  2. Within 5 business days after completing a live instructor class

Please take into consideration weekends and holidays when planning your Continuing Education execution.
